it's the edition seven.. only 999 are being made... type meier auido into the search bar for more info.. e-mail meier audio foe even more info. and that's not his actuall price really.. it's jsut in the ballpark ... he does have the best price i've seen though.. i wish i could get them...:(

You clearly haven't seen anything yet then.

Sennheiser had an audiophile set once (discontinued now) called the Orpheus system, and it's price was around $15 000. Agreed it's own amp came with it, but still it was expensive.

no.. this is ultrasones finest effort... the sides look like gold! i bet they end up making a version with the same sound but minus the expensive and rare as leather and polishing and such... i really can't wait for that day.. and no.. the most you should ever have to pay for great sound is around $700 at the absolute most... alessandro-products.com.... i want the mspro!

Well, seeing as how Allesandro and Grado headphones are open designs, and as much (or more) sound goes out of the back of the earpieces as goes to your ears... well, ya, maybe the whole crowd can hear 'em! Especially if you hook em up to a $3.3K Headroom Blockhead!
