Headphone & cartridge recommendations? (pg. 2)

Thanks everyone for all your help...tomorrow i will go to CSR and try to buy the shure whitelabels and the pioneer headphones.
Today i was just researching them in more depth, reading reviews and stuff and they seem to be making everyone happy so i guess thats my purchase.

but i have Ortofon concords the cheapeast ones $300 for the pair..
havent had a problem at all! quality is tops! awsome awsome stuff! |

Looking @ reviews, they are the pissiest bit better in frequency responce @ +2db.
Hearsay (which I've believed), says that eliptical needles are better for trance, due to the main frequencies???
They're really good needles. They were for a LONG time regarded as the best needles till the whitelabels came along. I wonder how they'll stand the test of time.

Yeah they do.
The saving is worth it, I remembered that much....let me dig around for the price I payed almost a year ago (There's a chance they've come down).
$540 was what I payed.

Personally, and this is me. I'd stick with the Ortofon's they look a load better, are the smallest bit better in range, and come in a kit.
the whitelabels ARE the in thing ATM. Who's to say the cart doesn't up in a year (IE they're dodgy)...no one knows that as they haven't been out for a year. They're still a lil new for me to suggest.
