Josh Gabriel - Alive (pg. 2)

I talked to Josh about this during his gig here on Friday, this is the official word.

Apparently the track (as heard in the EM) wasn't mixed properly and was too piercing compared to other tracks. Josh claims this was because he was going through a "bad ear phase" =P

He's aiming to get the track finished by the end of this week so he can play it in their big Gatecrasher gig at the end of the month. The latest version will be slightly different than the original.

He did make this track for his new born kid; the breakdown samples his baby's heartbeat from when it was still in his wife's stomach =)

In other news, the newest motorcycle track was recorded a week or two ago as well. According to Josh's wife Christy it's better than deep breath love and easily as good as ATRC, though much different.

Wicked news. I still love the track and hope he didn't change it too much and I'm also hoping he releases it. Also looking foreward to the new Motorcylce track and hope it's not another as the rush comes but something completely different that show that they can push out another quality motorcycle tune.

Yeah, he said that it should be getting released relatively shortly after he finishes (early 2004).
