I cannot really afford xmas this year. I called my mamma about it earlier this week and she was like 'well i think we might boycott xmas this year, either that or just buy each of you a book and some m&s tokens so u can buy some nickers. Bring a box of chocolates or a board game, something the family can do together.'

Ahh i love my mamma. I'll get thoughtful gifts for a few select friends and pairs of gloves for my family i think. Either that or ill make chocolates like i did last year.

And Martin; for you girlfriend you really cannot go wrong with perfumes or silver jewellery if your stuck for ideas. Either that or remember something she has pointed out in a window ages ago and surprise her with it. If it were me i'd like a slice of watermelon

xmas shopping used to be really good for me cos i'd know exactly what to get everyone through ESP. Now, i still know what to get people, but unfortunately i also predicted the financial situation i am in now :toothless

xmas present for family = erm, um, ah...
xmas present for me = GC NEC and PVD in germany :toothless

back in the day on christmas eve, i went into my local shopping centre to buy a xmas present 4 the old dear. i bought her an extra long Toberlerone (not sure if spelled rite, Long bar of chococolate)for about 4 quid from woolworths. i was cycling home on my bike holding the present in one hand, turning with other. i veered rite and accidently caught the toberlone in the wheel. I stacked it and half the Toberlone was a mangled mess. I stll wrapped it up and gave it to her the next day.THE MORALE OF THE STORY IS ITS THE EFFORT THAT COUNTS
