In a Quandary

I'm planning on moving house, fairly soon.
I have also sumone to take my room in my current house.
Do i move?
Cons:
- Peckham aint the nicest place and i really would not want to be - walking home from the train station (only -5 mins down the road after 10ish) but there are night buses that stop outside the front door, which i would incidentally share with a 24hr pool hall with security cameras. But i suppose mugging is an essential part of any inner city suburb.
- Moving would also not be the easiest. The weekend of the move is NEC, so i would basically be out of action on the sat pm and sunday and probably monday also. I dont drive and cant move my stuff as it is without my folks or a friends help (*coughlamcough), either that or hire something
(I may be able to shift some of my stuff down this sunday as my parents are visiting, but they are paranoid that my pc / decks / furniture would not be safe in the new abode without my overseeing them for the week. This also may not be possible as i aint asked if i could move stuff early, but im sure they have the room to store it. Or I could probably leave stuff at my old address if necessary, but i'd rather like to take my stuff with me.)
- Also telewest are not able to install cable in that area, so thats a bugger.
Pros
- The flat does have 2 roof terraces,
- the travel into town is quick
- fruit, veg and meat markets about would cut food costs drastically.
- I am basically looking to save money, and that would be easy paying £300pcm inc as opposed to £420pcm not inc
- I would be living with nicer more my type people,
does this sound right? |

Not moving to peckham moving to Manor house, to a place that actually works out £15 cheaper a month :) with a bigger room, and its in a safer area ;) ahhhh!! |
