I don't think "Raver" is just an american term, I've seen it been used all over the world, including in UK(just look at the classic UK hardcore label called "Raver Baby" or all the tracks with the word "raver" in them). But I guess that just makes all of those people US-indoctrinated fools then. :rolleyes:
