Her had over her mouth immediately after firing seems to suggest otherwise. I'm also pretty sure that after firing an intentional shot, an officer wouldn't immediately holster the sidearm. |

wtf are you talking about, that was a dangerous situation and her life was in danger!!!
on the other hand, i'm not a trained policeman, but even i know:
1. safety on
2. FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER and on the side of the gun
at all times when not intending to shoot
that guy is lucky to still have his face intact - he could've gotten asphalt chips in his eyes and etc. |
