ebay rant . . . advice needed

| Alright, get this . . . I won an ebay auction and paid the seller . . . weeks go by . . . I sent him an email . . . another week goes by . . . I send him another 2 emails . . . finally he responds that UPS says the package was delivered to my garage on the 12th (thats last week). Here's the problem: I don't have a garage. I live in a house with absolutely nothing that even resembles a garage. I tell him this. He gives me the tracking #. When I put it in at the UPS website, it says the delivery date was the 12th and the location was 'Garage'. What the hell do I do now? I don't have the item, just a tracking number that says the package was delivered. WTF?? |

threaten to leave negative feedback.. ask the seller if he got ur right address. |

| Contact UPS. That's bull; tell them to come and see there's no garage at the address of delivery. |

| Yeah I'd do as the rest said, leave neg feedback, call UPS, maybe talk to ebay's fraud thingy... Just do all you can to mess with the guy :p |
