i don't hate other genres, but i do depict cheese electronica because it's commercial, soulless, and it's made for money. that's my view of it. sure, someone might enjoy it, but to me it's the same as enjoying bondage or child porn - sure, someone enjoys it, but to me it's totally wrong and unacceptable.
and trust me, most of the people who like digweed and oakey can't stand lasgo and the such. |

as whiskers put them, they're mostly euro-house or as my sis' boyfriend would put it, happy skippy bunny music
see like to me i can appreciate happy hardcore sometimes cause it doesn't try to be serious, its just like hell, lets put songs at +120% speed and add drums that sound better that fast, and voila!
but when people take happy hardcore, and DJ sammy, and stuff like that to be the best out there, and they dis on everything else...
yeah let me put it this way: we know BOTH kinda of music, and state ours to be better
they blindly state theirs to be better, with only the media telling them its better and no exploration of other types
ah ...i need to shut up

he does a lot of dark ambient stuff, so he kinda called like trance and house and everything upbeat in general happy skippy bunny music :p

1) Liking Euro-Trance is the same as enjoying Child Porn
2) To you people who enjoy and support Euro-Trance is totally wrong and Unacceptable.
Lol...that HAS to be THE DUMBEST thing I have read THIS year. You remind me of Geroge Bush and The Pope when they publically said that two homosexual people raising a child is the same thing as committing murder.

Well unfortunately for your sake these songs are TRANCE because they have the SAME characteristics of trance...BUT the difference is they have POP-like catchy vocals and hooks.
And if you would have paid attentions Whiskers said that this style of music is a type of trance when he corrected my title for it (thank you btw)

By saying this you ARE saying that CHILD PORN and BONDAGE is totally wrong and unacceptable AND similarly EURO-TRANCE is totally wrong and unacceptable BY comparing the two and linking them together. You've not only linked together the concept BUT by using those comparisons you've connected the immorality of enjoying CHILD PORN (which is illegal) and BONDAGE (which is just kinky, get over it if you don't like it, no legality's) to liking EURO-TRANCE...therefore my statements,

ARE CORRECT...If YOU meant something else you should have used a better analogy, because this one CLEARLY points out the 2 statements listed above.

You insulted YOURSELF by comparing the attitudes of enjoying CHILD PORN to enjoying EURO-TRANCE, because that comparison is rediculous and DESERVES an insulting response...because you need to grow up if that's how you go about comparing a musical genre you don't like to child pornography.
Here's an analogy for you (I'll reiterate for you)...here is my opinion on your opinion:
Euro-Trance : Child Porn :: Homosexual Parenting : Murder
That's the point I was making with my analogy a couple posts back.
Keep em, comming, I have no doubt that you can argue that labeling music "crap" and or "garbage" is as you would put it "an intelligent adult comment." |

I'm glad you have bowed out of this arguement because you simply cannot support your opinions well enough to make an "intelligent and adult" conversation on why words like "garbage" and "crap" can be intelligently applied to music.
Ignore me, I welcome you too. And I will go on enjoying my happy skippy bunny music as well as my rock, rap, pop, classical and other forms of electronica other than the happy skippy bunny genre.
Oh I forgot to mention Country because I HATE that music, because it SUCKS. It's the worst CRAP I have ever heard, and it should be thrown out of society like GARBAGE ;)
(actually I just don't enjoy it...I find it unappealing to my musical tastes)
