any thoughts? is it worth it? i considered following the advice on this page: http://www.djforums.com/tutorials/record_cleaning.php

some of my records "click" a little bit. i tried brushing them but not all of them are still good... any thoughts on using i.e. a cloth to clean them instead of a brush? (different brushes are hard to get here in cold finland)

thanks!

Eric,

I use this lint type rag in conjunction to Stanton Clean Kit. It is supposed to be a towel that is made of some material that absorbs tons of water. Its supposed to be used for like the kitchen, but i realized it contained like static and clinged on lint well, so I snagged it for my record cleaning use.
What i do is first apply the liquid solution to my records using the applicator, then finish it off with that rag to remove small particles. Works good that way.

I believe any lint rag should work good as well.
