I'd have to go with Oliver Lieb, the amount he has contributed and done for the scene and production standards (imo) is unbelievable. In my eyes he is one of the most influential pioneers of trance music. On the other hand Marco V is a fav of mine and i do feel he has a lot more to offer in the future. My vote goes to Oliver Lieb,

Didn't he even do a new remix for the 2004 release? I've got the 1997 remixes and the 1998(?) re-remixes and the one on the 2004 LP is not the same version as on the earlier ones.
Meh, Olivier Lieb gets my vote. I've been following hisreleases for a long time now and he never ceases to amaze me. Besides that, he is a legend and deserves great respect. His influences reach a lot of producers (Laurent Vérronnez names him with Kraftwerk). |
