OOOOOh Controversial this one...
There is such a fine line between uplifting and dark trance, and i always get into arguments about this one...

Spoiled And Zigo - More And More
The Mexican - Different Perspectives
I don't know, it's always personal opinion what is dark and what is uplifting...i mean, i always define dark as deep trance, something that's not cheesy and has a lot of emotion and feeling to it, and it's always slightly progressive

here are a few tracks that I would consider dark trance. Also try checking out STIK records some of there stuff is pretty dark and hard.

hmm .. dark trance.. i have 2 that come to mind.. one inparticular:
basically anything by Transient Records. the one by them that comes to mind is :

heheh u got that one backwards.... its called animal by lostit.com... and that hasnt got a dark bit in it, it makes u grin not scowl lol jk
if u want dark trance check out stuff by mauro picotto although some of his stuff briges on techno sum of it is in bangin dark stuff... specially the stuff under the megamind alias
darkzone is a good one to search on too ;) |
