OK I always get a kick ot of rich people screwing the rich....its just funny to me. This is funny on so many levels though. I mean currency traders in my mind are the bottom of the barrel. Really their job contributes nothing to the good of society as far as I'm concerned.. I mean rich people making money off of money. What a world we live in!

Its what happens when financial markets arent effectively regulated, people get greedy and will steal from their clients. Always.
But I strongly disagree with your assessment of commodity traders role in the economy. Currency traders are just like any other financial market specialist ie stock brokers, bond traders etc. Money is an asset just like any other its value can go up and its value can go down and it can be traded just like any other.
In fact it can be quite reasonably argued that currency speculators play a very important part in the global economic ecosystem. |

I was just saying that the idea of making money off money was a little funny.....and for the most part it's mostly the wealthy or big companies who can trade currency. |
