No, it's not Charlie's. Charlie's is between Guvernment and Orange Room (it was breaks room last night).
The room above Guvernment is Goldclub Lounge, and yes, it's VIP. |

OMG last nite was the bomb!!!! sven was awesome. it was a awesome party, and i loved DEKO-ZE's set. it was nice meeting everyone again. :) well im tired now, i just wish the party never stopped, i was there until about 5:45 am. again it was awesome.
p.s. hey monish no problem, anytime. thanks for providing accomadation again, hoping to go with u next time. peace:) |

hey everyone! i've never posted in these forums before but i wanted to say HI!! and i was one of the americans (ny-er) that came out for this!! I LOVE TORONTO!!!!!!!! :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:
and i can't fukin wait to come back!!!!! Fantastic scene! i can't wait to hit up guv.. i thought koolhaus was amazing in itself, sven vath ing lit that place up!!! i had a great time, and i'm looking forward to comin back and meeting more of you! :toothless :toothless |

...another thing I've noticed is that techno is horrible for keeping a lasting impression.
I'm referring to the "day after songs" that are still in your head. When I try to remember tracks from last night (which I usually enjoy humming and singing sunday afternoon) all I can remember is 99.99, 99.99, 99.99 or boom boom clap clap (repeat by x100000000000)
No vocals make Jon an unhappy tranceaddict. |

My friends wanted to see Oakie, so I ended up on the other side last night. Sounds like I missed a good set with Sven V. I did get to hear about 45mins of Mauro around 5ish...not bad I guess, but I've heard him bang out better.
Where the heck was everyone, I took a quick tour before I left and didn't see anyone (of course I was pretty hammered and disoriented from the new stage set-up).... :crazy: |

Yeah, Mark never fails to impress. I can't believe he heard me scream for 'Murder Was the Bass' from up on the stage area. Very awesome of him to play it like 2 tracks later!!! The weird thing is that right as it came on I wished he would drop 'Loops and Things' and then he played that right after 'Traffic'. Mark: You rule and you must be a mind-reader! ;)
Oakenfold was ok. He played some alright tracks and certainly not as wacky as some of the he was playing last year, but I wasn't blown away by any means.
I wished I saw some TA's last night though. Especially when I was outside freezing my ass of in line with just a t-shirt! :o |
