5 htp doesn't harm you, its the main componant your body uses to create serotonin. Its found all over the place, Turkey had a high concentration of it.

MDMA prevents the transporters from taking serotonin back into the presynaptic neuron. It can also cause the transporters to work in reverse bringing serotonin into the synaptic gap (NIDA, 2003).

althoigh i'd seriously doubt this, and the actual stuff will have no effect on the part of the body it comes in contact with.. the pills will only affect u when the mdma gets into ur brain and pops all those little cells which hold ur seratonin and and awahey u go!! :)

yeah when you take a pill up your bum (for the record i havent tried this) it works just as well as say snorting it. The chemicals are easily absorbed by the large amount of blood running around your anal Spongebob.
Note of advice: dont chew pills, let your ass do the chewing for you.
