You never miss or appreciate someone until they're gone...

| Anyone know what I mean by this phrase? I lost someone close years ago, and until they were gone, i took them for granted...I didn't really appreciate what this person did for me... Yet, I wonder, would I be appreciated if I were to go all of a sudden? You ever think to yourself, you get appreciated in life, but sometimes, it's just not enough? Then, after losing someone, you go ahead and try to appreciate the people in your life and find it hard to? Anyone hear me on this one? |

very well known dude, often someone/thing that is so intergrated into your life slips into being taken for granted
then you lose them and realize that you need them so much.. |

i usually come to the conclusion that if they were so cool I would have kept them in my life and I obviously had a reason for ditching them. and then i remember why I ditched them and Im like "oh yeah, they DO suck"
or were you talking about people ditching you? You are probably on the sucking end (double entendre?) |
