Here is an idea!
I need to keep busy, so I would like to try to mix and master somebody else's track. I'll do this for free and will try to do my best for the first person that says that they want it. After the post production, the track is still yours. (Just mention the name of the mixing/mastering engineer when you get signed...hehe).
The material will be kept in the digital domain at all times during processing, so there will be almost no loss of audio quality.
Now, this is what I need:
-possibly 24 bit, 44.1kHz separate audio files with no compression, equalization or other dynamic effects applied except musical effects (flange, phase...), delay or reverb. These should be left on. By stating 'separate audio files' I mean drum track, synth part, bass...all separate, so I can line them up in my sequencer and process. Note that you will arrange your loops and sounds, I'll just manipulate the dynamics and equalization.
-if you don't work from 24 bit files 16 is OK.
