Man, i been telling anyone and everyone about this. Plan to go there in August with some good friends. This really pumped me up! I really liked how you began it and ended it the same way. To me you made it seem like an island in heaven or something. Although I must say the girl at the beginning was annoying. (I hope that wasn't a friend). Otherwise, unbelievable!

AHAAHHA... shes not a friend, but was pretty friendly wheni asked her if i had permission to film her..
She was so high...
I specifically put her in the begining becuase she was annoying and eyecatching... i wanted her to start it off. |

| My fav parts were the Amnesia sequence, the Sunset part (sooooo niceeeeeeeeeeeeee), also the parts where the djs were interviewed, the Armin parts were very cool. |

| Yeah just being honest. It did do the job of grabbing my attention though. Shows what I know about making a documentary anyway! Fantastic! |

I really liked it.. and I don't say this often about films of any kind :) it's well-edited and well-presented.
Why don't you submit it in a documentary category to a few film festivals.. Canadian ones for sure, but don't stop there. There's really no harm in that..

I don't give out praise easily, but holy , that is a nice piece of film-making!
It has changed quite a bit from the first couple times I went, but it's still Ibiza! (Eivissa - I promised my friends on the island, I'd always call it it's Balerian name)!
I actually have lots of comments, but I hate typing out long stories so maybe if I ever meet you at a party, I'll tell you them all.
As a bit of a sidebar: I continue to find proof that the world really is smaller than you think....in your video, you interview a girl I know from Calgary. whoa! :eyes: |

Thats what im probably going to do.
Who knows, i may be the first person representing TA at Cannes!:p
But on a serious note, im researching legitemate festivals to submit this to.

HAHAHHA.. i know who you are talking about... is it those two girls and a Guy on the beach ... one of them says she likes the "international feel"
They told me they were Canadian...i was happy! |

on the beach i noticed more Canadians than Americans....
But im sure there are more Americans there...
Maybe it was fluke that i met more Canadians while i was there.

Yeah, Cannes for sure :D
I think Toronto International Film Festival is taking new submissions now.. why you want TIFF is because it's one of the few festivals where the people have access to all the films and you reach public, not only critics and the press like that.. so go for it |
