If not, here's your chance :)
He goes by the name of Sub-UFO, is 18 years old and is a bit of an oddball when it comes to making music.
No, folks, this isn't even remotely trance.
Sub-UFO - Proof
Short and to the point, this big beat track hits like a ton of bricks.
Sub-UFO - Crushed
Now this one is odd... just about everything has been run through distortion and it sounds lofi even when it's hifi. Except for the drumline which booms and bangs.

Just when you think they couldn't get any weirder he turns to a whole another route and delivers this beautiful piano piece. Very emotional. |

| Listened to proof.. cool bass.. could use some various FX though.. awesome saw synth.. I dont really like where the melody goes to at 1:30.. seems a little to corny for the song.. maybe if it was an octave lower.. over all pretty cool - like mixing melodic trance with hip-hop... |

This guys very experimental! I respect that! I'm listening to Crushed, and for some odd reason, I'm a sucker for those video game sounding synths.
Crushed, and Proof has some cool beats. When he adds his 'hard beats', it really does crush, lol!
Then again, I'm an oddball artist sometimes. You can ask people like Santiago Nino, Haak, Hadi ******, Infinite High, and many others. I've made some really odd experimental tracks, that even made some people say "WTF!!!!" :wtf:
But when I usually share, I try to sound as 'normal' as possible. :rolleyes: :haha:
The last track - incredible atmosphere! JEEZ! He sounds like he's played Piano for a long time. (And Probably has since he actually has training) Beautiful!

Yeah, he has - BUT the trick of that track that no actual piano was used for it. It's all made with a mouse on Reason's pianoroll...

Ahhh...the classic 'Creative Difference' issue. ;) I totally understand now. Too bad, because it seems like he has a wild imagination. I'm sorta in that situation right now, since my brother, who's 29 years old Produces music, but it's hip-hop. Some of his beats remind me of a nice 'Rocafella' sound, but I don't think we would ever collaborate. I'm into 'Trance', 'IDM' and other experimental music, so I don't think he'd fancy a collaboration. :D
EDIT: I make hip-hop too, but I don't make that sound that he's looking for. -Mental |
