Can you please host a clip of it elsewhere? I really don't want to sign up for mp3.com to download or play it.

Hey there, I had a listen to the track.
That bassline sounds like a Roland SH-101 synth patch. I don't have an SH-101 but I have an XP-50 with the Dance expansion card and one of the bass patches on it sounds exactly the same as that bassline. The bass patch is called, "SH-101 Bs" because it uses samples from that particular Roland synth.
So I think your best bet is to find SH-101 bass samples and import them into Reason.

The melody it plays is just a rolling 16th note pattern, 'cept the note that falls on the same time as the off-beat high-hat is 3 X 16th note duration so just input 16th notes into Reason's pianoroll screen, delete every 4th & 5th 16th note, and lenghten the duration of the note that falls in time with the hi-hat. Then customise each note to the desired pitch.
