DJ or similarly built furniture...searching for

I'd like to get rid of my wood planks and milk-crates.....they're not sturdy enough and don't hold records like I thought they would. I'd love to spend the cash on a decent DJ-desk... something high up like my current table (about abdominal height), but in an L-shape, and big enough for 2 1210s, 1 A&H Xone62/92 OR Pioneer DJM-500 OR Behringer DJX700, and 2 CDJs, plus raised monitor platforms.
If any1 knows of any websites in Canada, or the US (and ship to Canada) or any companies that do this kind of custom DJ furniture.... please post it up!!!!!

UK-Based Deconomix (http://www.deconomix.co.uk/) does custom DJ Furniture... but nowhere on their website do they specify if they do or do not ship overseas...

here is a really good idea:
go to the threft stores like Goodwill or Salvation Army. Look for a decent looking desk that u might consider and customize it whatever way u want.
i would do that but i have all the room for desk space. i have enough room on my desk to hold my books, my laptop and a pair of tables and a decent size mixer and small monitor speakers. the desk is pretty much the quarter the area of my room :p |

| At IKEA you can get nice table tops and separate legs and you can configure them any way you want. They have these adjustable legs that go up pretty high and you can get any size table top you want. Make sure you have your exactl measurements that you want and they will hook you up there. And it won't cost that much either, you can get a nice solid table for less then 150 bucks. |

I don't know if you were @ my house party, but the bar that the basement DJs were spinning on is L shaped, and I need to get it out of the house before Monday.

| I need something that's a bit mobile (possibly with wheels). I mean I've seen it in the dj booth forum but I can't find what it looks like now. It's kind of like a movable cart with room for Turntables a mixer and vinyl (underneath). But I'd be happy with a table from Ikea (tried looking there once but I will go better prepared next time...) |
