you can try /http://www.ogg-converter.com/
or /http://www.allformp3.com/mp3_other/smc-google.htm <---costs money though
or pick something from here /http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=ogg+converter&tg=dl-2001
although with most converters, they cost money to have a fully functional version. They do have free trials, but they are usually either limited in quality, quantity, or percentage of song.
good luck. |

| soundforge will do it but why would you want to convert mp3 to ogg? You're converting from one lossy compression format to another resulting in further loss of quality. Plus most if not all player only play mp3s. |

Winamp plays OGG's by default and there are plugins for others. |

I'm talking about hardware mp3 players like ipod and modern cd players (like in my car), but software players sometimes don't, for example: iTunes and winamp 5. So if i want listen to my music on other devices i need to make duplicates of songs in both formats, which IMHOP is a hassle and not worth the trouble. |
