Question about 'Love from Humboldt'

Does anyone know the story behind the Gabriel and Dresden remix of Duncan Sheik - On a High? Or is there a story? Perhaps Dave could clear this up for me :)
Was just wondering since I was driving on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway today and saw an exit for Humboldt street and just got me wondering why they choose to entitle their remix Love From Humboldt...
