Spinning out... will stanton 505 cartridges do?

| I have 6 month old stanton cartridges, and I will be spinning out in a day or two on a fairly decent sound system. Will these needles suffice for sound quality on such speakers? Thanks. |

| I have one 500...they are ASS.(I'm guessing the 505 is the same?). The 500 is very static ridden when I use it, sound isn't great either. The other cart I have is a stanton 680...which is beautiful (thinking of getting another one to replace it, either that or just outright getting Shure Whitelabels...). |

| Also keep in mind that I will be running my decks through a crappy old rusted Gemini 626 pro mixer, so even if I get White labels it will only enhance the quality so much. What I am wondering is if they are acceptable to use to play out so that non-audiophiles don't notice a low quality of sound. I hope that makes sense :clown: |

my 1st set of needles after the standard stantons was a set of shures
the sound quality was noticeable stright away! im no audiophile but i could even tell!
go pick yourself up a new set of needles before you spin out :D |
