| Anyone have any good ones they'd be willing to share. I've got a real problem with finding good kicks, i have maybe 3 or 4 out of the 1500 that i have. The rest are really boring and dull, really flat, too sharp, not enough bass, too dirty, or just weird (god knows why people make some of these kicks). Im looking for clear, powerful kicks. |

try and combine some kick's... can work out really good and boring flat kick's can get really nice :)
otherwise you can always cut out some kick from a track you like |

most good quality kicks are bad kicks that have been edited
EQ, FX, envelope
play around ;) |

| Yeah im compressing and eq'ing my kicks, definitely. Hmm, i'll dig around some more. Problem is getting a good source kick, can only do so much with fx. |

yeh id agree with jåcë and use the envelope
play with decay and attack to get what u want from a kick. |
