I've managed to be up for more than 48 hours (most of the time standing or walking...) during the shooting of a film. Without drugs.
Now, about the mixing thing, I can't stand more than 3-4 hours (when there's somebody listening to me...) or 1-2 hours (when I'm alone, since I get kinda bored...). Respect.
