well, i have not experienced him live for a long set. so i dont know for sure....but remember my response was motivated mostly at an attack on "someone we love" who actually has a knack for keeping a crowd moving. ;) i have seen him once and enjoyed the set but tiesto doesnt come around so i dont really get to see him... cause Glow doesnt work for me...it just sucks too much to even speak of. |

that roxy set was very mediocre--his set in philly a few weeks later was better (but too short)...
but i do agree with the theme of this thread--i definitely need a tiesto fix and it sucks to have to wait until next spring :eek: |

its kinda funny this topic came up because i got a call from my friend at 2am the other night telling me that tiesto is gonna be at avalon (in boston)sometime early february. his friend has told me about dj's comin in the past before theyre posted on avalon or the dj's site and i dont recall him ever being wrong. so im hopin its true cuz tiesto is my fav dj. other people on this board can say what they want but ive heard tiesto twice and those were pretty much two of my best times at avalon. (with the 2 times i heard armin mixed right in there :tongue2 )
as for why he went to glow in dc but nowhere else, im pretty sure hes friends with the owner or has some sort of connection there so he pretty much always hits it anytime hes in the U.S.
Im hopin tiesto goes to NY either the night before or after boston cuz i may have to do a road trip and hear him twice :toocool:
anyways, i cant promise that my friend is right but i dont really have a reason to think hes wrong (he's certainly not lying) but if it is true i will be the one with the smile from ear to ear
