Cracks & Pops in Fruity Loops

| I always get a lot of pops and cracks in my audio from Fruity Loops.. I've done all I can think of.. lower the volume, etc.. it's still there.. :conf: |

Have you increased your buffer size?
Is your computer fast enough to handle multiple effects/instruments/samples? |

what would be a good buffer amount? 500 MS? the max? ive always just had it at 200
and.. i have a pentium 4 .. 2.40 GHZ ... 256 MB of RAM
is that fast enough? |

| Goto options and then audio settings |

| actually.. you would want to increase the buffer length... If your computer can't handle 200 ms, you should raise the length to avoid snap crackle and pops |

| Also try disabling all the visual feedback options. dB meters and stuff. You can live with out them, and it helps to take the load off the processor. |
