Or in your opinion would it still be usefull?

lol...just go to Reasonstation and tell them Reason is "outdated"

And the Reason internal Synths can't replace the good sounding 303 sounds from rebirth. You can make interesting sounds with maelstorm and subtraktor, but I never heard characteristic 303 sounds like in Rebirth. But if someone could convince me with a suitable rns file :D

Well, if you use a program that can handle hardware and software synths..:happy2:

I got the audiorealism bassline synth about a week ago, and I tell you, this synth beats the living crap out of all other 303 emulators!! It's exactly like the original, only VST!
I recommend it 100%

if it is better than Rebirth how come its not popular ,ive never heard of it anyways

i agree 100% with Trancevision so im gonna stick with Reberith to make Techno

The reason you haven't heard of it is probably because it came out 30 days ago :)

But rebirth is really good as well, it was my weapon of choice until Audiorealism bassline. The difference is that ABL is a VST instrument and thus, works good in cubase and other sequencers of that kind.

Use Rebirth, and 'ReWire' to send it into a proper audio editing program like Cubase SX, Logic, Nintendo:D
DaveSchloosh!
Rebirth is the all you need for techno, rewire it through cubase and vts effects..... I've played tracks made with just that in acid techno clubs on 15k soundsystems.... and thr crowd rocked!!
