Hey, I don't find that depressing at all.
I quit my seasonal X-mas job JUST to jet over to Amsterdam for the weekend and attend Innercity & Qontact 2001. I'd do it all over again, if only the two parties were closer together. I lucked out that year, having them 2 days apart. Since then, they've been 10 days apart.

And I think I can squeeze everything for under 2,000. But there are cheaper ways to do it if you want to crash at some hostel or something. I'm going there for pretty much a week so the costs are higher... |

| 2,000 won't be too bad! i know that to go to cancun during xmas is to spend just under that, but hey, you're off to amsterdamn! much more interesting destination in my opinion |

| Well that actually depends how many people you go with...if you want to go to a decent resort in Cancun on x-mas with only 1 other person or by yourself you'll end up paying minimum 2,500...which is rediculous unless you book waaay in advance...:rolleyes: |
