| how can i find out if a picture is copywritten? if i were to put the design on a businesscard and it is copywritten do i have to pay a fee or i cant do it period? |

man i didn't know that you could ask serious questions lol ..
in response however, everything is in a way copyrighten without the expressed consent of the author to use its work. where did u get this picture from? it'll depend on the source ..

| you have to assume that every picture is copywrighted unless it is clearly stated that its royalty free. You then have to find the copywright holder and ask for permission then give back credit ($ or his name on it etc.) |

| ok lets say this design was found on a webpage.. a very crappy design but useable...its also a drawing of an old sculpture located hrmm i dunno but on a building proly somewhere in europe |

| lol no actually its the god of the breeze...alright ill give u the low down...im starting a company its basically mechanical engineering.. we design air systems for residential housing...so i size ur furnace do all the calculations and design ur duct system...that in the picture which is actually pretty horrible with these color schemes of tranceaddict..is aquilo the god of the breeze... im calling my company aquilo air system designs |
