I haven't seen him around since before Thanksgiving.
Did his pace maker fail?
Is there an iminent terrorist threat that has caused him to go into hiding?
We really miss your stimulating responses to those of little common sense :toothless

He's been out fundraising, and was on the Hill getting support for the Medicare vote. The only way to really follow his movements is to read the local press whereever he goes.
When the President travels, his trips come in two forms: political event only (meet-and-greet, etc.), or political event plus a fundraiser. We see the political events all the time. If you watch CNN or FOX News, that's usually what they have on live around 10-11AM Eastern time. But the press doesn't get to cover the fundraisers.
Since Cheney's only doing fundraisers with no public events, you never read about it. |

| Oh don't you worry, my pacemaker is is as sturdy as ever ... and as imokruok has stated, I've been busy fundraising and what not ;). No, actually I've decided to stop posting on tranceaddict (and in particular this forum) for the purposes of concentrating my efforts on finding a new job. Simply put, a full-time job as it is, with tranceaddict and cable as a subsidiary distraction, have limited me from departing my much hated job. Therefore, I shall restrict my tranceaddict usage (and I've cut my cable) in order to facilitate much needed change. As such, I'm limiting myself in TA to lurking, short humorous responses, times of absolute boredom at work, people who piss mem off, and times of drunkeness (such as now) ... only to return full steam once I am newly employed :). In accordance with my drunken state, I feel I have the obligation to catch up on several things (such as that political differences thread!). |
