I read about this a while ago, and there has been some progress in the story. What do you guys think? I'm personally shocked and disgusted.

| its in every in media in germany...i cannot hear it anymore and the other countries actually find new interest in this horrible story...today they showed in german television that SKY news in england are live @ the court here in germany.....our tv station arent even live :haha: |

even the german "boulevard-press" isnīt reporting about this anymore.
I heared in the "Tagesschau" (German 8 O`clock News) that mostly the foreign press is interessted in this story but you can trust us:

hehe, yeah I can see how it could put Germany in a bad light. I mean look at how many serial killers and cannibals america has...well not that many but we do have some popular ones. |

I had heard of this story a while back and then I saw that the trial started on CNN.com. The thing I just simply cannot get my mind around is how in the hell could you have a fantasy starting from your early youth about wanting to be slaughtered and eaten? Here is a quote Meiwes (the cannibal), said about the victim straight from CNN.com:
"He told me he had had the desire since he was a child to be slaughtered and eaten," Meiwes said. "He was very intelligent and I didn't see any sign that he was disturbed."
That is just the most ed I've ever heard. I mean I can understand people have crazy fantasies but what the hell? How could the poor SOB enjoy his lifelong fantasy of being slaughtered and eaten if he is freakin DEAD??? Unbelievable... |

eh, I think the fact that he wanted to be eaten means he is very disturbed. That is not normal.
plus, eewww, to be able to cut off your johnson and eat it with someone......hehe, and he wasn't disturbed, well in the mind of a cannibal he was not disturbed, in the mind of pretty much everyone else....he was disturbed. |

such emotions are irrational and hence you wont get anywhere with your LOGIC. Just accept it as it is and dont try to understand. |
