The draw for Europe is just about to begin.
The stage has been set in Norh America, Canada will have an easy one with Belize first, then comes a group stage with most likely Costa-Rica, Honduras & Guatemala where the top 2 teams go on. There'll be some nasty matches there but we should be on top of this. SEE YOU IN GERMANY IN 2006 IN RED & WHITE! ALLEZ LES ROUGES!

| yeah im an idiot lol...i forgot germany was hosting it lol....the host country always gets a by..plus they always seem to make it to at least the semis...check every team that has ever hosted...they always get far in the tournament...set up??? i think so |

i beg to differ ... in 94 the us hosted the world cup and they didnt even make it past the preliminaries .... my money is on france though .. henry , trezeguet , cisse up front :eyespop: and thats not even looking at the midfield though i doubt zidane will b able to last till then... |

ya this year figos just been toooo for madrid ... good news for beks though ... figo better pray he does well this saturday else the nou camp is gonna b celebrating like crazy ... dont think they still over the way he fuct them over for madrid |

Vivid Boy have you even been to brazil? they do not hate the portuguese guts, they mostly make fun of them, like Canada and England kind of thing. Which civil War was this? check your textbook.
In November 1889 a military revolt under the leadership of General Manuel Deodoro da Fonseca forced the abdication of Pedro II. A republic was proclaimed, with Fonseca as head of the provisional government. Separation of church and state and other republican reforms were swiftly decreed. The drafting of a constitution was completed in June 1890. Similar to the Constitution of the United States, it was adopted in February 1891, and Brazil became a federal republic, officially styled the United States of Brazil. Fonseca was elected its first president.
