Im doing a night in manchester at some point in febuary. Iv got a laptop n projector for the visuals sorted but i need to have something to put on it. Rather than using adobe preimire and putting something together that'd take ages i was wondering about having something the like the windows media player visuals. Would be quite happy to have battery randomization going the whole time as its quality n always changing. Problem is if its going to react to the music you need to feed the signal from the decks into the laptop. Which would be fine but i dont think the visuals from windows media player can be linked to a live source. The one program i know that does do that is creative labs Lava but they dont make that anymore. deals. Has anybody got any ideas to solve this problem? Programs i could get or something?

Thanks. :D

i dont know how u could prject this to go with the music ur gonna play....but dl Milkdrop for winamp 2. It freakin owns man. I think winamp has a way to make it work. Mess with the configs on it.

get winamp, u can download heaps of visualisations for it. And you can set it up so they randomize, and have transitions when changing etc etc....

To get it to react from your line in, what u gotta do is go to "FILE>PLAY LOCATION" or "CTRL + L" and in the window that pops up, type "linein://"

good luck!
Ahmet :)
