I need an opinion on a tattoo design

I going to get another TRIBAL tattoo soon and I found this design online. I was intersted in the opinion of others about it....looks like a dragon head to me.

yeah, I honestly don't know what the hell it is.
I go to a place located in Newport Rhode Island that specializes in tribal tattoos, hence I live in Boston. |

| not that I'm biased against the whole tribal idea but it's become too much of a fashion or big fad that I don't the only contribution I can gave you is go gainst it ot 100 percent |
