i thought that might need some clarification, SO, In other words..
I don't think it's very cool of you to come into this thread where people who love music and love to make music are getting excited about a competition where they get to share their talent and hard work, and then you start being a total dick out of the blue... no one in here has done anything to you, so get a good attitude or shut up.

Hi there
I made a thread on ajuna forum, I told that it would be cool to make a remix competition on an Oceanlab track or one of their vocal track.
And the dream comes true. Anjuna is my favourite label and above&beyond are my favourite producers:)
I am sure I wont win this competition, but I'll try it. I think there will be lots of famous composer in this competition.
But don't care, don't give up in the beginning....

| Just downloaded the vocals and they are .aif files?.. WTF? If you listen to them with Winamp you can hear the original track in the background, well just faintly but that still sucks... :( |

| aif is the same as wav except its big-endian byte ordering. (they prolly are using a mac) |

Some of the vocals seem to have little clipping/stuttering problems. Go to 2m15s in the main vocal aiff to when she sings satelite at a high octave to see what i mean.
Also there seems to be a few "baby"'s missing from what I can tell. Ah well, atleast we can get real world experience working with cleaning up and piecing together vocals, heh. |

Bah! Just put a big dist over the vocals and you won't notice the mistakes ;) And you will prolly make something new and fresh as A&B want's it... |
