Didn't know where to ask this question so this is like the best place I guess.. hahaha :)

See, I'm after some jewish folk music, you know, no singing and such, just the strings and violins, I've heard that kind of music in many documentaries, games and movies about jews but never got my hands of those tunes which I think are beautiful and want to give a little touch of my own to it.

So if anyone of you guys got the slightest idea of what the hell I'm talking about please give me some help and suggestions of songs to check out.

right now actually im listening to exactly that! violins and some drums by a new but amazing talent here in jerusalem... his name is daniel ahaviel he is a breslaver, good music and he is amazing with the violin. there are more out there, but he is a good start...


anyways good luck on your search. i am lisetning to his second album its really nice

i was thinkin about getting into producing and using stuff like this as the melody for the trax... jews around the world would finally find something to unite with ;P
