dunno if last nites dreams were weird due to the fact that i was only after a lot of cheese.

but here's the story anyways:

first part of dream:

caught with lots of wingers / pills in a field, during a mid-day rave thing..

second part:

i was walking to my grannys, when all of a sudden a tornado picked me up and threw me back to the ground :)

it was cool :)
didn't even break a leg :)

cheese really cause bad/weird dreams?

At uni i used to eat about 200g of cheese before goin to bed for a laugh. Had some rather disturbing dreams that I'd rather not let enter the public domain  ;)

I Think its only melted cheese that gives you funny dreams, coz it takes ur tumtum longer to process it thru, and they are, one the whole, more disturbing.

i think cheese is great.

but i do think it is bad to eat before bed.
not sure if its because you think about that info before you sleep of it is the actual ingredients.

if you eat a big steak that works well too, and basically dairy and high fat content food stiff will make you dream like that robin williams film.

and yes your not mean to eat for bout 3 hrs before you sleep as you will be more interrupted the more active your insides are.

However i love dreaming, do everynight and most vividly and in colour. practicing the lucid dreaming but dont have the time really, nor enough sleep.

cheeze n beef all the way ;)

(^^ ok yes that sounds dodgy, or maybe it is just my mind)

:stongue: No, it's not just your mind...

I can't remember my dreams. I dunno why, but as soon as I wake up I forget what happened... :(
