i've also implemented a poll to see who dislikes it and who thinks it's sometimes useful to calm down hot threads.
please feel free to vote and if such outcome of this thread is valid, we shall equally react.
the reason i'm doing this cuz a fellow TA is apparently really really pissed about this so i decided to see how other TAs feel.

At one point it was out of control and all over the board, they were asked to tone it down and did so:D
