Plenty of Christians in Asia .. pretty much everywhere Europeans founded a colony.. that would include: China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Philipines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, etc. etc..

The fact that 1400 people show up to Viva for this event and the fact that I have been told by the Asians who run Viva, that those Asians who do attened this event do not celebrate Christmas, is the reason why I stated that comment in my now 'contraversial' previous post.

1400 people show up because they want to party - party for the holidays or just plain party...don't cover for yourself by saying "the owners said so" (duh...their asian, of course they would know ) and if that was case you wouldn't have said "I'm guessing" - your ignorance shows. I have been partying a long time & I have gone out to dance with my friends on Christmas Eve for years. (regardless of the fact if I am christian or not)
Maybe you should have done some research before posting & ya wouldn't look like such a knob.

Maybe people dont agree with him but at least this site doesnt look like some of the spam filled forums on other sites... As for what the owners say... He is wright!!! They do!!!... I have been doing these parties since the days of Casablanca... SO I CAN SAY HE IS RIGHT!!!
Its not that they don't celebrate Christmas for its religious beliefs... Some do... Its more that they will party through it... Traditionally this is one of the biggest nights of the year to have a good time...
So why dont you pull back, relax and take a laxative... maybe we will talk about this Christmas eve...
As for the price... It is Christmas and staff do get paid a premium to work... |
