Not heard of Vicious Circle? Andy Farley? Paul Janes? Paul Glazby? RR Fierce? Ian M? Casper?
If they dont ring a bell and you say you've not heard any good hard house lately then go listen to some of the above artists/labels recent stuff. You'll notice its not "watered down" and that theres actually been ALOT of good releases in the last 6 months. mostly from VC. |
preach it!
glazby's label ing owns.. the 'techy' hardhouse sound ing owns.. cant wait to get my hands on nick sentience's new stuff..

Ozzie, you may live and breathe the UK hard dance scene but the fact is a lot of people think its just endless rehashes. I don't know about the hard house scene because I much prefer techno but recent releases from Tidy such as Resonate 3 and Extreme Euphoria have been a bit predictable. Some people like a bit of originality. |

You're right,
However i've always thought of the Resonate series as anyway and most Tidy stuff now is too trancey and ends up sounding all the same, i dont remember the last time they released a real hard house track, its all hard trance from them now. The only decent Euphoria is Disc 2 of the new one, mixed by BK, quality hard house and techno on one CD!
You only heard of Extreme Euphorias cos their more commercial, go listen to the Vicious album (called Vicious, believe it or not) then you'll see hard house isnt as predictable as you think AND if you do like techno you'll most likely love the Vicious album, as theres quite a bit of it on there. |
