For some reason, I hear the word "working" repeated every 4 beats or so at 0:06 and later at 2:39 (in the 192kbps sample clip)...sounds as though it's going through a vocoder.
So maybe it is Paul van Dyk - Working? |

isnt working that other pvd track?
the track after "we are connected" in most of his live sets
doesnt sound like its saying working either.
but it definately sounds vocal
sounds like "we are" "we are" "we are" "we are" "we are" "we are"
but i can never get vocals right in any track.
then around 57
i think it says "flying off" overlapped repeating? |

What other PvD track are you referring to ... the one after Rafferty & Kershaw - We Are Connected??
Anyway, I'm pretty sure that the modulated voice is saying "working" on every 3rd beat from 0:06 to 1:29 and then again at 2:39 to about 3:10ish (the sound is drowned by the lead and radio announcer)...
EDIT: So the modulated voice sounds a bit like 1...2...WORK'N, 1...2...WORK'N, etc. (at least this is what my ears hear)
In case anyone else wants to listen, you can hear it best on the sample posted here.
PS. Does anyone have a recording to Part 2 of Paul van Dyk - Live at Cream, Amnesia (Closing Party) on 2002-08-16? Paul van Dyk - Working was apparently played on that set. But I've never listened to it... |

Yeah I know, i cant get any vocals from any track...some weird tone deaf thing i have or something
I already have the full rip of space so yea i hear it clearly.
honestly, it sounds the same the whole time
dont hear any specific differences every 3rd beat, they all sound the same to me like it is repeating something every beat.
also
definately not pvd - working
just listened to the part 2, didn't even play the song from space or the one I was thinking of (the one after we are connected)..... |
