she definately has talent, i think some ppl need to just look past the her recent image and the idea that she's just a pop star image, she can be more than that. I agree that if she sung more ballads like Beautiful and The Voice Within or I'm OK, she'd be great.
ppl should listen to those 3 songs first and then see what they think of her, if you're still not convinced then that's ur opinion.
in the past i was pretty much like most ppl, never giving her a chance, I understand if ppl still despise her no matter what cuz that's pretty much what i did before |

what christina is doing is long overdue. people flame britney because she once proclaimed herself a virgin, when we all knew it wasnt true. christina has never tried to be someone she wasnt. maybe she was a bit more poppy when she first started out, but she quickly realized thats not who she was and revealed her true self.
sometimes i wonder about some of the stupid things people say on here- britneys a whore for lying about not being a virgin, but christina is also for owning up to her sexuality? gimme a break people.
let the girl do what she wants to do. i think she is beautiful, abd even a role model for young girls. her song "beautiful" was incredible, especially the lyrics in it, and it is directed right at the people who call her a whore.
i mean, what makes a whore anyway? last time i checked, i thought a whore received money for sex. and i'm pretty sure the girl doesnt do that. so if she wants to be sexy and show the cute lil body she has, go head and do your thang girl.
ya'll people can flame me for being feminist or whatever else you want to throw at me, but i really dont care. if you do so then you are proving exactly what i am trying to say... |

Actually a lot of her songs have been remixed. We have a trance/dance (mostly top 40 dance stuff though) radio station here that used to play a trancy mix of "Beautiful" all the time...and I know some of her other hits have been remixed...I know Thunderpuss has redone a couple of her songs.
I think she's talented vocally, I'm just kinda sick of the whole prancing slut image all of the female pop singers have nowadays......but I guess if that's what you gotta do to survive.... |

She's OK, she can sing better than a lot of pop singers; her voice annoys me a bit, but thats just my opinion, it doesn't mean she's got no talent.
I don't see how people can say she's underexposed though? She's on the radio and music TV all the bloody time, I hate Beautiful now just from hearing it and seeing the video so many times. |

Wow...you are sooooooo smart. It's like you can actually FEEL what Xtina is thinking...While I read your bone chilling description of Xtinas inner thoughts, emotions, and feelings I almost felt like *I* was Xtina, y'know? Like me and her are like the same person, wow. She is so courageous. It's gotta be pretty darn tough being such a strong and positive role model for America's growing teen girls day in day out, through thick and thin, wow, so courageous.
You must be better friends with Xtina than you are with Armin, I mean you seem to know soooo much about her...wow, just wow man...wow |

| talented for sure, too bad her marketing technique seems a bit flawed in my opinion. then again, if she didnt go for the whole diiiirty at first i dont think anyone would have given her the chance and actually bought her albums. |
