u sed in the other thread that u think u had an old version of the page... its prolly running from cache.. delete ur temporary internet files and refresh the page.. this could also happen if u r using something like netsonic, again all u need to do is click refresh

Are you sure you havn't just clicked "no" next to Use vBCode quick links on your message input screens? in your profile options?
