As I sit here and listen to Art of Trance's Mosquito, I can't help but reminisce about the artist and the the record label, Platipus Records, that started me off on this wonderful journey into the world of trance. Such sheer quality, such sheer beauty... capturing the beauty of a clear summer night in the wilderness... just captivating.

So many great tracks... all from one man, Simon Berry. My god, this is getting sappy and embarassing.

Anyways, discuss...

Kaleidoscope, Mosquito, Gloria, Octopus, Cambodia, Breathe, Madagascar... does it get much better? aahhh... the memories.

Oh yes, the same here, Platipus was what introduced me to trance as well, in '95
I precisely listen to Platipus Vol.2 recently, and it's true it brings back so many memories !

Simon Berry is really good anyway..plus he's also part of Union Jack, which produces top songs as well.

All songs you listed are all time favorites for me :)

Although, his new one, Kilimanjaro, is not as good...it's nice, but the melody is a bit too repetitive i think
