I dont know if many of you even know this guy because I dont know much about him. But I do know he has a couple of mix cd compilations and I enjoyed both of them. I also know he is a regular resident in Ibiza every year and does some pretty good remix's.
His remix of Chicane - Dont Give Up 2004 is in my opinion far better than the agnelli & nelson remix(Which isn't bad, just repetative and boring).
I just wish I could find some live sets about this guy or whats up with him
Does anyone else like this guy?

I know Alex Gold spent loads of his labels money trying to crack the US market to no real avail a few years back.
He took out full page ads in all the big dance mags and even hired a light airplane to fly up and down the beach in Miami during WMC with an Alex Gold banner attached.
It didn't do him much good in the long run, his CD tanked in the US and we didn't see much of him here again. |

Coast 2 Coast is not Alex Gold, Coast 2 Coast is Gleave Dobbin and Phil Johnson. |

| thats why i said "HIS VS COAST 2 COAST":stongue: :p as dosed pointed out above the coast 2 coast remix was reworked by alex gold adn released as alex gold vs coast 2 coast remix. There is a coast 2 coast remix out there somewhere, but i bet it dosent sound as good! |

Love this guy !
Had his CD a couple years back, got stolen though.
Really would love to hear some other mixes by him.
He was the first to introduce me to 1 and 10. Dont remember the name of their track that he played. Heard it the other day and still love it.
Used to be a Video of his mix of agnelli and nelson - everytime on TA.
