Can I just ask, why'd you use an alias?? In fact, why does anybody use multiple aliases?? Is it something to do with what record label you sign with, you know, like a different alias for each label you release a tune with.

you're pretty much right...lets say you are a producer. if you sign to a label a certain alias, then they own the rights to that alias. if you were to then go to a different label and try and sign a song, you would probably have to get permission to sign it under that same alias from your previous label or come up with a new one...at least that is how i always understood it... |
