| whats the difference? i'm new to teh whole dj thing, and i'm going to pick up some mkiis next week, unless the SLs are significantly better. |

| Um, SL1200 MK2's are the real name (close to it anyway). Some people just don't say the SL part... It's the same. The only differance in 1200's are the 1210's, and the mkII, mk3d, mk5, mk5g... |

you can get either in black or silver. it's just you usually see 1210 as black and 1200 as silver. |

arent the 1210's w/the European plug? At my appartment I have
(2) 1200 - black - USA plug
(2) 1200 - silver - USA plug
(2) 1210 - black - Non-US plug w/ adapter |

| the 1210s have a swtich that allows them to be used in a 110v or a 220v environment. cheers. |
