Please help ID this hard trance track

Please help me identify the first track from the DJ BabyG hard trance set on the Australian radio station River 949 (22 November 2003). It should be a fairly well known track and it has a sound bite in it with someone saying "we shall pay".

Thankyou for your interest in helpin me ID this track. However, I've listened to RBA - No Alternative and I'm afraid that it is definitely not that track.
If anyone can ID it I would be grateful. |
